Boubyan Bank Credit Cards (VISA)

Today, credit cards have become the most widely used method of payment against purchases and fees for services. They are safer to use and offer their bearer the option of buying now and paying later, perhaps also, at a more comfortable pace.

At Boubyan, you will not be charged any additional fees against choosing the flexible route in settling payment for the purchases you make using your credit card.

No interest charged against dues.

Can be used to make cash withdrawals within the limits set for your card.

Accepted for cash withdrawals and payment settlement locally and internationally by       over 800 thousand cash machines, 20 million points of sale around the world and over       3 thousand outlets in Kuwait.

A supplementary credit card can be issued for a member of your family.

Account and payments can be viewed through the different electronic channels made        available by the Bank (Online, Call Center, SMS).

Card can be issued against deposits with no need to transfer your salary to your       account  at the Bank.

Boubyan ATM Card:

The Boubyan ATM Card directly debits the client’s account when cash withdrawals are made from any of the Bank’s ATM machines or those of any other bank that are linked through the local K-Net.

Client’s accounts are also debited directly when the card is used to make cash withdrawals through any of 647 thousand cash machines spread in over 120 countries around the world, or to make payments against purchases and services obtained locally or internationally where more that 17 million points of sale are made available at hotels, shops, restaurants, car rentals and other stores.

Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)

With the use of the Boubyan ATM Card, clients can use ATMs to obtain many services, such as:


Cash withdrawals of up to KD 2,000 a day.

Transfer of funds between the client’s accounts.

Balance inquiries.

Obtaining a brief account statement.
