Terms and Conditions
- Registration is mandatory
- The campaign is open to all Boubyan Mastercard Credit Cardholders
- The card must remain active until the winner announcement date
- The selected experience must be redeemed between 15th of January till 15th of May
- Only transactions made using eligible Boubyan Mastercard Credit Cards will qualify
- Boubyan employees are not eligible to participate
- Winners of this campaign will not be eligible to win future Boubyan Xperience campaigns
- Cash withdrawal transactions are not eligible
- Any modifications to the travel dates requested by customers after booking may result in additional charges
- The bank will not cover the cost of flight upgrades
- Visa applications must be initiated by the winners after the announcement
- The bank will not cover the fee of visas
- In case of visa rejection, the bank must be informed, and the prize will be given to the back-up winners
- The passport should be valid for 6 months. In case of invalid passport for any reason, the bank has the right to pass the prize to the backup winner
- The required documents should be submitted within a week
- By registering, customers confirm acceptance of all campaign terms and conditions
- During the trip there will be media coverage for the experience and by confirm acceptance of the prize you accept to be on Boubyan’s media visuals
- Winners should select their preferred travel dates at least one month in advance of their preferred travel dates
- This experience is not transferable
- Winners who fail to respond in the communicated deadlines will be automatically replaced by backup winners
