Want to Renew or Replace Your Card?

You can easily replace or renew your card through ATMs or Boubyan Direct near you.

You need your Civil ID

Insert your Civil ID into the machine to start the process. It will be returned to you after the process is completed.

Your current banking card is needed too

Insert the current card into the machine and a new card will be printed for you.

You will receive an OTP

The machine will ask you to enter the OTP we sent you. The OTP is valid for 48 hours.
