  • Startups must provide accurate information during registration and meetings
  • Startups must be licensed or in the process of obtaining a valid business license
  • Acceptance into Empower by Boubyan is not guaranteed for all applicants
  • Boubyan has the right to decline or remove a startup if commitment or professionalism is not demonstrated
  • Collaboration opportunities, partnerships, and investment are evaluated based on strategic fit and value to Boubyan
  • Joining Empower does not obligate Boubyan to invest, promote, or launch the startup’s product
  • Access to Boubyan systems, products, or customer base is limited to approved partnership cases only
  • Confidential information shared by startups will be handled under Boubyan’s data and privacy policies
  • Startups are expected to comply with Kuwait’s regulations and Boubyan’s Sharia and compliance guidelines
  • If a startup becomes unresponsive for an extended period, Boubyan may pause or terminate their participation
  • Boubyan reserves the right to update program requirements, eligibility criteria, or tracks without prior notice
