2027 National Day Card Design Competition

By participating in the Boubyan 2027 National Day Card Design Competition, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. 1. Eligibility and Participation
   • - Participation is subject to compliance with all competition terms and conditions and the applicable submission requirements
   • - Each participant may submit a maximum of two (2) designs
   • - Submissions received after the official deadline will not be accepted
   • - Boubyan employees are not eligible to participate
2. 2. Design Requirements
   • - All designs must be original and created by the participant. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) to generate designs or any part of the submitted artwork is prohibited
   • - Designs must be submitted using the official design template and comply with the technical specifications and guidelines provided
   • - Participants are encouraged to consider Boubyan’s official brand color palette when creating their designs
   • - Designs must reflect the National Day theme and comply with applicable Kuwaiti laws, public morals, and the Bank’s design requirements
3. 3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
   • - Participants must own all rights to the submitted designs and any elements incorporated into them
   • - The use of third-party images, illustrations, fonts, or other copyrighted materials without proper authorization is prohibited. Participants must provide proof of permission where applicable
   • - Participants remain responsible for any intellectual property infringement claims arising from their submissions
   • - By submitting a design, participants grant Boubyan Bank permission to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and publish their submitted designs for the purposes of the competition and related National Day promotional activities, subject to the applicable competition terms
   • - The selected winning design may be used on the physical Boubyan Visa Prepaid 2027 National Day Card and in associated promotional materials.
4. 4. Review and Selection
   • - All submissions will undergo an internal review by Boubyan Bank to ensure compliance with the competition’s requirements
   • - Boubyan Bank reserves the right to reject or disqualify any submission that does not meet the specified criteria or violates these terms and conditions
   • - Shortlisted designs will proceed to the public voting stage
   • - Only votes received within the official voting period will be considered
   • - Winners will be determined following the verification of voting results and the Bank Boubyan’s approval
5. 5. Prizes and Winner Announcement
   • - The first-place winner will receive KD 1,500, the second-place winner KD 1,000, and the third-place winner KD 500
   • - The first-place winning design will be selected for the physical Boubyan Visa Prepaid 2027 National Day Card, subject to final approval and production requirements
   • - Winners will be announced through Boubyan Bank’s official communication channels following the completion of the verification process
6. General Conditions
   • - Boubyan Bank reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches the competition terms and conditions
   • - Boubyan Bank reserves the right to take the necessary measures to ensure the integrity and fairness of the competition, in accordance with the approved competition rules and applicable regulations
   • - Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
