- 1st Option: complimentary one-way car transfer from Jeddah Airport to any hotel in Makkah.
- 2nd Option: complimentary roundtrip car transfer, to and from, Kuwait Airport.
This offer is valid for bookings made through Boubyan Concierge's call center.
The offer is applicable to Umrah packages (including flight tickets, Hotels, and train tickets) offered by Peacock Concierge.
The full package should be booked at once to avail this offer.
All packages with a stay of 2 nights or more are eligible for this offer.
This offer is valid until 31st December 2025 for Private Banking, Premium and Platinum credit card holders.

The complimentary car transfer will be provided as per clients’ selection.
The type of vehicle provided will depend on the number of passengers and luggage:
- Packages booked for 2 to 3 passengers booking 1 or 2 rooms are eligible for a standard Saloon Car.
- Packages booked for 4 to 5 passengers booking 2 to 5 rooms are eligible for an SUV.
- Packages booked for 6 to 9 passengers booking 4 rooms or more are eligible for a Van.
The car transfer service is subject to availability and may be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
The complimentary car transfer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Any fees or surcharges due to exceeding the capacity or number of booked cars, extra waiting time or amending booked transfer route, all are paid by the customer directly to the driver.
Peacock or the supplier has the right to assign or change the car type due to availability or operation circumstances with no prior notification, assuring the new option’s capacity is the same.
