The cardless withdrawal service allows the customer, or a beneficiary of his choice, to withdraw money without using the debit card. With Cardless Withdrawal, you simply have to access your account on Boubyan App or Online Banking, choose the amount and enter a 4-digit code for the transaction. You can then cash the money from any Boubyan ATMs without using your card by entering the 4-digit code you chose for the transaction and the 6-digit code you will receive via SMS into any Boubyan ATM. You can also send both codes to any person of your choice and they will be able to make the withdrawal.
